The first edition of the Social Design award happens in the context of the FestaArch event in Perugia, and this time it also coincides with the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy. The prize for 2011 goes to Paolo Ulian, who trained at the Fine Arts Academy of Carrara and then in the Industrial Design program in Florence, studying with the likes of Achille Castiglioni and Enzo Mari.
